JOB INTERVIEW PREP? LET'S DO IT

Since lately my posts are all about job prep, i'll continue with this theme for a while. 
You know how people might have different takes and experience on this matter ? Yes, so i decided to sum it into 5 bullet points.

Oh did you know according to statistics. "Interviewing is a time-consuming task for most employers. On average, hirers spend two thirds of their time on the interview process, and it takes 3 to four weeks, on average, to complete a hire. Only 25% of companies are able to fill roles within two weeks"

Want to prepare for interview and leave a good impression to your employer ???

Here are a few tips from me !

Research : Research about the interview questions and find out about things that are related to the job you're applying to, it might get asked by the HR. Be prepared.
Dress up : If you're doing the interview face to face it's important to dress properly to the occasion such as formal wear. It might be more difficult for you to do interview online since you can't display your professionalism through your clothes instead show your professional more through your facial expressions and non-verbal language
Mental Preparations : This is most important, you have to be confident and prepare yourself mentally since you can only prepare so much. Be confident !
Showcase your effort and intention to succeed : You have to make sure that the employer that you will bring nothing but a benefit to them.
Be yourself : Last but not least The most important thing is BE YOURSELF ! Employer and HR will notice that if you're being fake and they'll less likely to pick you for the job.

Berikut adalah tips dari saya!

Penelitian : Penelitian tentang pertanyaan wawancara dan cari tahu tentang hal-hal yang terkait dengan pekerjaan yang Anda ajukan, mungkin akan ditanyakan oleh HR. Bersiaplah.
Berdandan rapi : Jika Anda melakukan wawancara tatap muka, penting untuk berpakaian dengan benar ke kesempatan seperti pakaian formal. Mungkin lebih sulit bagi Anda untuk melakukan wawancara online karena Anda tidak dapat menampilkan profesionalisme Anda melalui pakaian Anda sebagai gantinya menunjukkan sisi profesional lebih melalui ekspresi wajah dan bahasa non-verbal Anda
Persiapan Mental : Ini yang paling penting, Anda harus percaya diri dan mempersiapkan diri secara mental karena Anda hanya dapat mempersiapkan begitu banyak. Percaya diri!
Showcase upaya dan niat Anda untuk berhasil: Anda harus memastikan bahwa majikan bahwa Anda tidak akan membawa apa pun kecuali manfaat bagi mereka.
Jadilah diri sendiri : Terakhir tetapi tidak sedikit Yang paling penting adalah BE YOURSELF! Majikan dan SDM akan melihat bahwa jika Anda palsu dan mereka akan lebih kecil kemungkinannya untuk memilih Anda untuk pekerjaan itu.
